Wanted Beginners Horse wanted

Hi (Please note that Pics are nothing to do with this ad, I wasn't allowed to move on without adding pics of some sort) I’m 55 and rode in another lifetime(when I was 14/15) so right back to being a not so confident beginner. I thought I had the perfect horse not long ago but I was completely shafted. I live opposite Lake Hume(and I mean it’s so close, it’s my front yard) so to not have a friend to share it with would be a crime. We have 12 acres, 2 Alpacas & 2 Dogs(who also love going across the road for a run and a swim). My ideal friend would definitely have to be beginner proof. No vices, between 13-14.2 hh. I’d really love a Welsh but would be very happy with a nice, friendly, happy,healthy anything (Gelding or Mare) that will plod along with me. I will want to use a bitless bridle if possible. I’m in Talgarno which is about 30/35 mins out of Albury Wodonga. Lease to buy would be perfect, but open to other ideas. please PM me if you have something for me please.
