Wanted, Semi-Retired Golden Oldie

I'm on the hunt for a unicorn.. basically a free to good home (not a lease) semi-retired golden oldie. I offer sessions to people without horses in horse care, ground control and basic riding, mostly walking. My street where we do all of this is no more than 3 km long. All I am after is a horse that is happy to plod to the end of the street and back once or maybe twice a week. I will always be walking alongside so even if it leads well is fine. Was originally doing this with my 6 current horses but since their education has improved they are no longer tolerating novices as they are getting mixed signals.
