Registered (Recorded as Foundation Mare) Australian Quarter Pony available for breeding lease this coming season and ongoing. 14.1hh, 16yo, bay. Unknown bloodlines, but definitely working bloodlines. She has been an amazing work horse in the past, very intelligent and easy to train. Smooth gaits, the best jog I've ever ridden! Hardworking and loyal. Broad chunky body, but nice fine face and legs (strong but not thick and ugly). Very easy mare to handle in every way. Only vice is that she is very quirky with floating due to previous accidents, and therefore, I am looking for a placement that will not require her to be transported frequently, and I am happy and willing to assist with transport when required on an ongoing basis. This mare has the most amazing temperament and is very much loved. She carries an old injury that means she is completely unable to be ridden in any way. NOT suitable to even sit your grandkids on. She does not need to stay local, but I will be particular about her placement. She has foaled her first foal in the 2015 season, a lovely quality coloured colt that can be viewed.
