PRICE DROPPED!!! “Le Demon” is a 5 year old black/brown Thoroughbred Gelding. Unofficially measured just under 16hh. Out of “Group”(Dam) -Sir Tristram - and “Changeintheweather” (sire). He had one trial on the track. Demon has been in my hands for 1yr 10 months after purchasing him OTT. I have trained him up to novice in Dressage, can shoulder in, hindquarters in, half pass, 10-15m circles. He is a very quick learner and has the potential to go up the grades. He is currently ridden in a French link D ring snaffle and has a lovely soft mouth. Responds to leg aids well. I recently started jumping him as he has the bloodlines and loves to jump. (jumped out of the 1.60m electric walker fence from a stand still as a 2yo no scratches or wounds). I am currently competing him at 60cm to get his and my confidence up but he willingly jumps 80cm verticals and oxers at home and has free jumped 90cm-1m. He had 5 months of competition before I left him rest in the paddock for 7 months. (Due to rider injury) First ride back and he didn’t put a foot wrong and was more woah than go. I brought him back into full work and competed him three weekends straight with not a foot wrong. He excels in Dressage bringing home ribbons every time. Has been to pony club, Dressage, showjumping, sporting days, showjump nights (under lights) and numerous lessons with high level Dressage judges/trainers with many compliments. Has been on cross country courses numerous times and done training days loving it! Demon needs a confident and experienced rider as he requires patience and guidance to achieve the best out of him. Good to catch, rug, feed, shoe/trim, tack up etc. Self loads on the float, straight or angle. Have ridden him in pairs with no issues. No dangerous vices that I know of. He does get nervous and needs someone to reassure him in situations. Demon is a very giving horse, always wanting a challenge and loves pleasing his rider!
