552 Horses for Sale in QLD

Due to unforeseen circumstances I sadly have to sell the horse that I planned to have for my retirement. My 13 years old 16hh TB x Stockhorse/QH with brands has worked out west doing stock work. Up to date with teeth, hooves - barefoot trim every 5 weeks, Hendra vac, microchip and floats even after months in paddock. Tends to be at the bottom of the herd so comes with a few bites and scratches but he is a fun horse to ride who loves hugs and kisses by his human. Backs beautifully and fine going over cavallettis. Will lunge but not sure what it's for as western aid trained. Will mount on left and right side plus likes being ground tied. No fuss boy who takes most things in his stride. Fine with dogs, buggys, whippersnipper, loud noises, construction around the paddock didn't faze him and anything wrapped around his legs is no problem at all. First hand saw his legs wrapped in fencing wire with no panic or bolting. Really sorry to let him go but will tell reason to serious buyers only. No time wasters as hard enough.

Buster was a race horse, after this he was a trial riding horse for a few years and then did not much for a couple of years before I bought him. I purchased him 2 years ago as a quiet horse for my kids to work with. He is very kind, ideally he will go to someone who just wants a horse to look after and do the odd trail ride. He is no good for jumping... well that I know of. He does pull back which i'm sure someone who knows more about horses could work with, he is good to groom and saddle, we often ride him after having not been ridden for a couple of weeks and no problem. He is a good doer. He needs consistent work on his feet to keep them in check as he is prone to cracked hoofs. He would float easily but I haven't put him on a float since I bought him. He is currently at Agistment where he could stay if you were local to Yandina creek or Sunshine Coast, it is really reasonable priced Agistment. Happy to sell him with all his gear included in the price. We don't have the time I wish we did for Buster and he deserve a bit more than we can offer him.

Blondi is an absolutely stunning golden palomino with the sweetest of temperaments and looks to match. She is a sweetheart, she is so kind and caring towards the kids. Easily handled by kids, very forgiving, a gem with the farrier, great to float, rug, clip, loves being groomed. Can be ridden both on or off the lead. Great to handle in every way. Blondi has been used at kids birthdays, loads of pleasure rides, trail rides and pony club. Had complete beginners ride her as young as 2 and been a good pony to learn to ride on and be around. She also great for the older kids as an independent pony off lead and the younger ones transitioning to a off lead pony. She has also been lead off the bigger horses. Blondi has had various different kids ride her and has always been a good safe pony that you can rely on. Very cute and cuddly girl that gets all the attention with her stunning looks. He is a beautiful light Buckskin colour and is adorable. He is an amazing jumper and loves jumping, he refuses nothing. He absolutely loves trail riding and is our guide horse for most of your group trail rides. Many horses do not like to be in front, he loves it ! Dusty has come straight from the breeder 3 years ago, to us, no hidden stories. He has been very well trained and managed. Has never been lame or sick in his life.
