190 5 Year Old Horses for Sale

Lovely 5yo 15.3hh Thoroughbred gelding. (Race name: Red Hot George, by Fiorente).Phillip has been in retraining for over a year since retiring sounds Jan 2025 and in full work.Most of the hard work has been done in terms of knowing you have a nice minded, trainable young TB.He has been produced with eventing in mind, with lots of outings, dressage and showjumping lessons, cross country schooling, clinics and low level comps while with us, but ultimately best suited to a dressage or pleasure type home. Good to hack alone and in company.Phillip works in a frame with above average paces and started lateral work.Phillip is a sweet, friendly chap who only wants to please, great to handle, likes his food, and holds his weight pretty well (with hay and two basic feeds a day). Good to shoe and float.Phillip is great in cross-ties, but he can pull back if tied up (fine in cross ties) if he gets a fright- so we put him in a yard when taking him out. A bit nervous to clip, but fine if you take your time and getting better.Best suited to riders used to OTTs or sport horses. Only being sold as dont think he suits my ambitions for high level eventing.

Shes Power aka Peanut2020 TB mare, standing at approximately 15hh-151hhPeanut is a beautiful little chestnut with three white socks and blaze to match. She has been out of work for 6 months.When in work peanut had three lovely correct paces, established leg yields and had begun schooling shoulder ins, counter canter and walk to canters. Peanut has minimal jumping experience but has natural scope.Currently barefoot and stands beautifully for the farrier.Peanut requires a confident and experienced home to bring out the best in her. She is young and green and does have a few quirks.Unfortunately I dont have the time for her that she deserves.

Missy is 5 years old, 16.1hh (estimated), sired by Dusky Style and out of a mare by Lets Jazzabit (Grand Prix dressage). Missy has been out to 2 local dressage competitions where she was sensible and well behaved. Missy is purpose bred to excel as a competitive eventing/showjumping/performance horse. She now has a solid foundation at preliminary level dressage and has started counter canter, lengthening and leg yielding. Missy is a very pretty horse and would with more miles under her belt be a fantastic allrounder. She is good to ride alone or with company. Genuine reason for sale. The price does not reflect her quality.
