Real Estate (Monty)Monty is a nine year old, tall athletic thoroughbred looking for his new home. Being sold on behalf of his owners.Height: 16.2GeldingBorn 26 sept 2015Dam: Monte CrystalSire: Real SagaGrandfather Rock of GibraltarMonty is a very athletic, well schooled and talented THB. Soft mouth, easy off the leg and not too forward.Schooled to a Novice dressage level and training Elementary movements. Beautiful floating warmblood-type trot movement, with comfortable canter and natural collection.Equally talented over fences, easily popping over 80cm with good form and very little jump schooling.Monty is an easy ride for an experienced rider. He does not enjoy riders who are learning to ride and does not tolerate riders who make mistakes so an experienced, semi professional type rider is non- negotiable. The right home for Monty to flourish in is our only goal.Monty has had very good education with multiple professionals both English and western, but is more suited to English riding due to his movement and size.He has been in his current home for more than 4 years and unfortunately is just not suited to happy hacking / ladies lessons once a week.Price: $7,000 - negotiable to the right home. Will not be sold unseen. No time wasters - only serious buyers.

Argentille Graciela has a gorgeous temperament, with the athletic ability you would expect from a high class performance bred horse. 'Gracie' has strong results in Prelim through to elementary. Gracie would suit a confident, capable rider who is looking to advance in their dressage journey. A stylish, quality horse with a solid education foundation, competing Novice with myself and training elementary (has competed successfully with test score 68% consistency). Eye catching and heart stealing she loves her 'people/person' - with elegant conformation and a lovely way of going, Gracie thrives with consistent contact and loves her training, meaning she would be best partnered with someone who enjoys being with their horse. Out at competitions Gracie is a delight to handle and hang out with, ties to the float calmly all day. Gracie will have you grinning from ear to ear as you play with her gears. She competed locally throughout the 2025 season with strong results at Prelim and Novice 64%-74%. Located on a property with excellent equine facilities in Bywong, NSW, where genuinely interested buyers are welcome to meet, ride Gracie. I am committed to finding Gracie the perfect home where she can rise to her potential in the dressage arena doing what she loves. The right person will find an incredibly rewarding partner in this special horse.*Video is of novice rider, not a professional. More recent competition video is available for serious buyers. Vet report with accompanying X-rays, 40, (3 independent Vets Jan 2025). Gracie is currently out of work due to summer break and my personal limitations. Price will increase again when she is sent on to a trainer for sale.

Ultimate Schoolmaster - Barn Hill Basil 12.1hh, 9yo Welsh Mountain Pony gelding. Reg WPCS & SHC Baz is a truly great allrounder, he's tried his hand at most things and excelled at all of them. Happy to go from the breed ring to a hunter class, dressage, working hunter, cross country and showjumping. He's got a great personality, is spunky and a super fun ride for his jockey. Great conformation leading to a very successful led and saddle career, he was Best in Hand 2016 QAWS and Runner Up Best in Hand 2019 QAWS. Qualified for the 2025 WPCS Australian Ridden Championship Final. Some of his recent results include: Queensland All Welsh Show '24 Champion Working Hunter Reserve Champion Australian Ridden Championship Champion Ridden Welsh Mountain Pony Reserve Led Senior Welsh Mountain Gelding Toowoomba Royal '24 Champion WPCS Australian Ridden Championship 1st Ridden Welsh Mountain Pony Reserve Champion Led Welsh Gelding Baz absolutely loves jumping, hes the definition of point and shoot, and we haven't found a fence he wont jump. Hes very scopey, has a tidy jump and good at getting his rider out of a tricky spot. He loves cross country, is super bold and will tackle any fence. Baz is very well educated, established all paces, responsive to aids with established laterals. He's a competitive dressage mount, competing prelim and novice. Baz has the movement of a pony much bigger in size and has an extended trot that will blow you away. Baz has a great temperament and is super personable. He's great on the ground, easy to catch, rug, float, lead, tie, is used to standing around a float all day. Baz is barefoot and great for the farrier. He can be taken out by himself or with others, no separation anxiety and is not a nervy pony. The only thing Baz isn't a massive fan of is being clipped. He is also cute as a button with a face you kind of just want to squish. He loves a trail ride and is consistent under saddle, even with time off. Baz is an absolutely phenomenal pony,...
