“Lusanda Park Papillon” APSL approved mare with a score of 73.25. Poppy is 6 years old, chestnut (no grey) and is approx 16.3 hands tall. She is a more “modern” type and we have attached a photo of her pedigree and revision score. Poppy was lightly green broken to saddle in 2024 and then had two successful embryo transfers (both worked first try) and carried her own foal born in November 2025. Poppy is currently empty and will be available late March/early April when her foal is weaned. She will be ready to either continue her training under saddle or can be a broodmare for either ET’s or carry her own foal. We used Orfeo HH for her two ET’s and put her in foal with frozen semen to Ice Cream RS. Due to us retaining two of her 3 foals, we have decided to offer her to a breeding or dressage home. She is a very intelligent mare and is strong minded, and we feel she needs a more experienced home than us. Manolo Mendez did some work with her at our property which we can provide some footage of. We can also give references from the repro vet who did her ET’s, and from the trainer who very lightly started her under saddle before the ET’s. Transport can also be included if the home is on the East Coast of Australia. We are only asking her purchase price, which is extremely reasonable for an APSL mare who is green broken and also a proven broodmare for embryo transfers.

“Alcazar Isabella” ⬇️ Isabella is a registered Purebred Andalusian mare, Rego S02272. She is out of Kimaio Park Nicoleeda and by Eco (now deceased). Isabella is approx 15.2 hands and is 11 years old. She is heterozygous grey and has given us 3 black foals going grey. She has been green broken very kindly, and ridden bitless, bareback, down the road etc. She was very quiet to ride but also had a good work ethic and I feel she would make a lovely riding horse when brought back into work. She is a wonderful mother, has never been injured or unsound. She also had a filly “Elouera Amali” by Twin Rivers Hannes. She is in foal to Monteiro due in September this year. So the foal will be a full sibling is due of “Tambo” and “Mireya”. Isabella is extremely quiet and sensible and excellent to handle in every way. Her foals have all had sensational temperaments. Her foal due by Monteiro will be 75% Andalusian and 25% Friesian, so eligible for rego with AHAA, AFWHS and as a Warlander. This is a difficult decision for us, purely based on our move towards PRE and Iberian and a smaller boutique herd. Her sire “Eco” is renowned for his temperament and his progeny are well known. Her grandsire is Mayville Lodge Nicholas, so she has beautiful breeding on both sides. She needs to be sold to someone in Vic, Tasmania or South Australia as her dam Nicky has had Qld Itch and I believe she had it mildly as well. Serious enquiries only as this is a hard decision, as she is stunning mare and have given us 3 amazing foals. Last photos are of Monteiro, the stallion she is in foal to.
