GT Absotina Chestnut mare 17/10/2013Approx 15.3hh ACE PassportSIRE: Absolut(Abanos x Sir Chamberlain)DAM: Clintina( Clintino x Grannus II)Moo is a cool character with light footed movement, and interesting pedigree. She will make a lovely broodmare(is a maiden)SIRE - AbsolutAbsolut is sired by Abanos, reserve champion at his licensing in Neustadt-Dosse. His grand sire is the Bundeschampionat winner Alabaster. On the dam line of Abanos, his grandmother and great grandmother are both highly successful dressage horses, clearly placing the emphasis on the dressage pedigree. Absoluts dam sire, Sir Chamberlain, is a highly versatile stallion, winning his 100 day testing with high scores in Jumping and Dressage. Sir Chamberlains dam line produced the Grand Prix stallions Sigurd, Siegbert and Saint Cloud.Dam - ClintinaHer sire Clintino Radiant champion stallion at the 1998 Main Approval in Bavaria, the highly elegant Clintino fascinates dressage riders with his quality of movement. He is supple, with ground-covering gaits, with plenty of impulsion and exemplary, actively pushing hindquarters. And with his pedigree, he is blessed with exceptional jumping talents as well. In the first generations, Clintino has two sires, Caretino and Come On, who have both won Grand Prix. Granddam, Odina, is the dam of Jan Top's internationally famous mare, Operette la Silla. Clintino has the significant dam line (Holstein line 504) in common with the well-known sires, Czaro, Literat (stallion approval winner), Lantaan, Le Matin and Umberto. Clintino passed his stallion performance test in Neustadt/Dosse where he received scores between 8 and 10 for rideability and jumping qualities. In the meantime he has won many riding horse tests and has made a successful debut in show jumping. His first crop was enthusiastically received in Oldenburg and Bavaria because of their sporty looks and excellent up and out sequence of movement. Clintinas dam sire Grannus II has been a very influential broodmare...

Epiphany is a 15H (unmeasured), 12 year old quarter horse x mare who we have had since birth. She loves people, cuddles, ear scratches and is basically an attention sponge. She has been in and out of work since being started at 3 years of age and is soft and responsive to aids when in consistent work. She is very happy to go for a trail ride and sniff the flowers and is most often ridden out alone.Unfortunately, due to some on and off lameness issues, I am selling her as a companion or broodmare. She has excellent conformation, good strong feet and is just a lovely horse to have around. She copes with light riding and actually seems less inclined to be lame when in regular work but I don't want to waste people's time coming to trial her just for her to be lame.Epiphany has been to jump club (just for exposure, as this is not her forte), a horsemanship clinic, riding lessons and has been to several trainers over the years, when being brought back into work. They all gave me positive feedback. She is barefoot and is ridden in hoof boots when on hard ground, is an easy keeper and is well mannered on the ground, for the farrier and in the float. Finding her a loving home is my main priority, so price is negotiable.
