Twyford aka Derick 16.2hh| 6yr 2019| bay| Thoroughbred gelding| Derick is a stunning, well built OTT. He is a flashy bay with white socks a blaze and a grey flecked tail. He has developed 3 lovely well balanced paces. I rode Derick when he was in his racing career and he was definitely a favourite! I feel derick would thrive with someone looking for a competitive mount in any discipline. I have taken him over a couple of jumps clearing 90cm with ease, he is very bold. He is eligible for his OTT package including lessons and off the track classes at shows. Derick hasn’t been out competing yet due to time, but has been ridden in open fields, on trails around the property and off with others or by himself. He is a very brave, willing horse. Borambola Ace is a 15'3 (unmeasured) 5yr old ASH x TB black gelding with temperament and ability to excel in anything dressage/showjumping/eventing/pony club/showing. Ace is sired by our open stock horse stallion Clarkes Stud Tee Why HSH - 197519, and out of a TB mare Midnight Wine - NZ. Ace has been to pony club and pony club camps as well as Hay show last year. He is fine with machinery and dog, easy to clip/rug/shoe. Very quiet to do anything with and always try his best, has a willing to learn attitude. He has three lovely paces, and covers the ground beautifully. He is very relaxed and a pleasure to own and do anything with. Ace loves to jump and has a beautiful confident canter to go with. Due to buyer default, Bernie is back up for sale. Bernie (Inshadow) is no stranger to the Standardbred show world and has been coming home with broad sashes for the last three years. She is comfortably handled and competed in hand by teens, however is more suited for experienced riders as her movement is very expressive and forward. She has excellent confirmation and a lovely head. I don't have a confident teen in my mix who is able to fulfill her potential and I am far too big for her. Has done the HERO program, officially measured at 14.3hh. Has done Barastoc and many big Ag Shows for many wins. Can canter, however rider will need to be intermediate in order to keep her balanced during downward transitions. Doesn't get phased by show atmosphere and is easy to show prepare, will even snooze when getting plaited. Extremely good doer, needing very little feed to stay in good shape. Will come with monogrammed show rugs and bridle. Text preferred.

Catherine ‘Call Me Catherine’ 6yo Thoroughbred Mare | 16h Purchased as a yearling for $280,000, Catherine is a real standout with plenty of bling and presence to match her personality. She finished racing in 2024 and has since enjoyed a well-earned spell, transitioning beautifully into life after racing. Catherine is exceptionally well handled and easy to do anything with — drenching, dentist, farrier, floating (both straight and angle load). She’s often described as a “big puppy” who simply loves being involved in whatever her people are doing. Under saddle, she is uncomplicated and genuine. Despite limited post-racing mileage, you can pull her out of the paddock and hop straight on — she’s the same each time and does not require lunging. She moves beautifully in the arena, carries herself in a soft natural frame, and has a lovely rhythmic canter. She shows real enthusiasm for pole work and is proving to be a point-and-shoot type over small fences and grids. She is still green and would benefit from regular, confident riding to continue her education. At this stage she is not a beginner mount, but in capable hands she is shaping up as a very exciting prospect for eventing, showjumping or dressage. Perfect at home and has just started work off property still new to outings but is coming alone very quickly. Catherine is willing, trainable, and genuinely wants to please. In the paddock she is full of character — known to hollow out the middle of a round bale and curl up inside it (sometimes alongside the cat!) She does carry a scar on her near foreleg. It has healed completely and does not affect her soundness or movement in any way. A vet report can be supplied. This may limit her in the show ring but has no impact on her performance potential.
