Ultimate Schoolmaster - Barn Hill Basil 12.1hh, 9yo Welsh Mountain Pony gelding. Reg WPCS & SHC Baz is a truly great allrounder, he's tried his hand at most things and excelled at all of them. Happy to go from the breed ring to a hunter class, dressage, working hunter, cross country and showjumping. He's got a great personality, is spunky and a super fun ride for his jockey. Great conformation leading to a very successful led and saddle career, he was Best in Hand 2016 QAWS and Runner Up Best in Hand 2019 QAWS. Qualified for the 2025 WPCS Australian Ridden Championship Final. Some of his recent results include: Queensland All Welsh Show '24 Champion Working Hunter Reserve Champion Australian Ridden Championship Champion Ridden Welsh Mountain Pony Reserve Led Senior Welsh Mountain Gelding Toowoomba Royal '24 Champion WPCS Australian Ridden Championship 1st Ridden Welsh Mountain Pony Reserve Champion Led Welsh Gelding Baz absolutely loves jumping, hes the definition of point and shoot, and we haven't found a fence he wont jump. Hes very scopey, has a tidy jump and good at getting his rider out of a tricky spot. He loves cross country, is super bold and will tackle any fence. Baz is very well educated, established all paces, responsive to aids with established laterals. He's a competitive dressage mount, competing prelim and novice. Baz has the movement of a pony much bigger in size and has an extended trot that will blow you away. Baz has a great temperament and is super personable. He's great on the ground, easy to catch, rug, float, lead, tie, is used to standing around a float all day. Baz is barefoot and great for the farrier. He can be taken out by himself or with others, no separation anxiety and is not a nervy pony. The only thing Baz isn't a massive fan of is being clipped. He is also cute as a button with a face you kind of just want to squish. He loves a trail ride and is consistent under saddle, even with time off. Baz is an absolutely phenomenal pony,...

7 y/o 15.3hh chestnut standardbred Mare

ID: 4435

$0.00

  • Breed:Standardbred
  • Gender:Horse
  • Height:15h 3"
  • Age:7

Unfortunately we have to let Rose our beautiful Girl go, as unforeseen circumstances have arisen which means I dont have the time she deserves to be spent with her.She is delightful mare, although Im biased. Always happy to see you, very eager to work and is quite responsive to what you're asking. She is also happy just to walk nicely if you prefer a quieter ride. She wasnt worked much or very often before I brought her and I wish I was able to put a lot more time into her beyond an immediate sort of level, and although she has had novice riders when I've been there to assist, it has been limited to roundyard and the arena when riding without huge amount of distractions. During the time I've spent trying to see what bits have been left from her ex trotter background I've noticed on occasion she can slip into a trotter pace rather instead of a canter when I'm asking her to go up a notch, but easily moves out with either another urging onwards or slowing her back down. This has been the only real point of note that I've come across in my time with her, and I try to cover as much about both good and not so good aspects I've seen, found or noticed during my experience with her to help in finding the right person. She wasnt fast enough for the trots which is why her previous owner had her but she wasnt being ridden much and sat in a small mud soaked paddock before I had her. She leads well, tacks up without issue and comes with her halter, lead rope, newly brought mesh blanket. Ive only had to float her the once, and I haven't managed to do any additional float work as it took a little bit of patience, and some hard feed to get onboard. I would always be there to help her be moved and would make sure she was able to float without dramas depending on what was needed. She has been agisted at a very nice property in middle swan with WIWO stables, turned in and out into large paddocks, both alone, next to or with other horses including a mare, gelding and a colt so she gets mi...

Fun, talented 4yo by Clarity GNZ

ID: 4438

$0.00

  • Discipline:Showjumping
  • Gender:Horse
  • Height:16h 1"
  • Age:4

It is rare to find a horse with talent, trainability and temperment and this horse has all of it. Belrieve Crystal Clear is a 4yo (DOB: 28/01/2021) 16.1hh gelding.Best described as a WB in a TB body, Crystal Clear is a balanced young horse with great natural paces. He is easy to educate and picks up most things quickly with a willing attitude. This makes him an enjoyable horse to ride and educate smoothly. He is naturally athletic, he has a dreamy uphill canter and a lovely smooth hock action in the trot. He has a great attitude at events, can take him with another horse or by himself. Ties up to the truck or float all day and doesn't need lunging. At his first eventing outing he finished with no jumping penalties and cruised the XC with his ear pricked the whole way. He has competed SJ to 80cm. He is a willing, talented and uncomplicated jumper that should develop a nice careful technique. He shows a natural talent beyond his experience and years. He isn't sharp, but has a natural engine making him a pleasure to ride. Give him a couple of weeks off and jump straight on without a hassle. With education and experience he will mature into an easy going horse that will suit most rider types. His style and talent lends him to be a competitive mount in either showjumping or eventing. He has a lovely kind personality that truly enjoys you being with him and being ridden. Crystal Clear is by Clarity GNZ, a son of Clearway a very refined son of Capitol 1 and out of the state premium mare, Wodka. Wodka is a member of one of the most important mare families in Holstein breeding. Clearway jumped to Grand Prix himself as well as being a prolific producer of progeny Grand Prix horses including Clarimo, 5* winner of Falsterbo. Clarity GNZs dam Santana is a magical cross of Casall ASK and Lux Z, both superstars in their own right. Casall ASK needs no introduction his performance record with Rolf Goran-Bengston is unparalleled and he is dominant as a sire of jumping horses with mu...

TB gelding never raced

ID: 4443

$800.00

  • Breed:Thoroughbred
  • Gender:Horse
  • Height:15h 3"
  • Age:6

15.3hh 6yo unraced TB gelding Magnus x Lilys reward (Reward for effort) Opie is not a typical TB, he is chunky and a good doer. He is a very chill boy, not hot or fizzy at all and is more woah than go. On the ground, Opie is easy to handle. Hes good for the farrier, can be hosed off and floats like a dream every time. Under saddle, he is still green but quiet and shows no nasties. He is happy to plod along, isnt spooky but hasnt had much exposure outside of the arena/farm riding. Will stand for mounting and can canter on both leads. Opie has fresh front shoes and teeth done, and has had a precautionary round of ulcer treatment. He has had no injuries but did have a freak paddock accident recently resulting in superficial cuts. These have healed nicely but will have some minor scarring. Happy to discuss in detail. Opie is a windsucker, doesnt affect weight at all. Can be controlled by hot paste, electric fencing or collar. Opie is out of work since the accident, however Ive been lightly working him for 2 weeks. He will need groundwork to build up muscle and strength before going under saddle again. Hes a pull out of paddock and go type when in work. Located Iona (Longwarry/Bunyip) Home is most important. Please no beginners. Wanting to find a long term home for this boy, hes lovely and would thrive with consistency.
