This sale is more about the HOME and less about the $$ - Please only enquire if:1. You don't want to compete him. Although he is 100% sounds (competed last in May 2025) and able to fully compete he does not enjoy it and becomes too anxious, so I will not sell him to a competition home. 2. He is getting older and although his recent X-ray suggested that he had joints of a much younger horse, if you are wanting a young horse, please don't enquire. have a good think about what you would like to purchase. 3. he has recently been vetted with x-rays and had very miniaml changes for his age. Many X-rays were taken and we can provide these for SERIOUS buyers. Hugo PVS is your opportunity to learn the FEI level work from a very experienced and easy to ride schoolmaster. 'Greg' as he is affectionately known at home was born and bred at PVS Training & Equine Services. He has been trained and campaigned by myself and I know this horse inside out. He has all the buttons and more to guide his new, young or adult amateur rider through the FEI levels. He has a lovely energy about him with a kind and gentle nature. Very established at Inter 1 work with piaffe and passage on the aid. He loves to jump, go outside, into the river and for a stroll around the property. He has also been ridden by a wide level of riders for them to gain experience over the years. Don't let his age fool you as he has a very nice go button and a spring in his step. He would be best suited to someone who likes a horse with nice energy and someone who does not wish to compete. He gets anxious at times (not every competition or outing) but I feel as he is an older horse I owe it to him to only sell him if he is going to someone who wish to learn from him at their home.Happy to expand and elaborate more to a serious buyer. He float loads and travels well Eats well at home and away Great for the farrier He can be paddocked by himself or with other horses. All our horses spend the vast majority of their time...

Eric is a 16 yo grey gelding. He stands 16.3hh and is a very handsome and lovely Horse. He has some light jumping and pole training experience. He is good to teach and happy in work. He does not buck, shy, kick or bite. A background in Racing can get him excited at new places but generally he settles down very quickly. He would need an owner who can ride. He is up to date with farrier, teeth, worming etc. He was leased to a girl out west of NSW until recently. The girl wrote this about him: He has been a fantastic boy over the 3 years Ive had him in my care. Gets along great with all horses. Was paddocked with 2 mares. When in work, Eric is a great horse to ride, in the paddock or round yard. He collects himself well. He has 3 nice paces, a lovely forward canter. I have popped him over a 90cm jump at home once, he is good on his flat work. He loads onto a float, or a horse truck nicely and travels well. Hes recently spent some time over in the hunter valley with me. He had lots of exposure to operating machinery, cattle, buggies, he is use to dogs and sheep. He still sees cattle and sheep daily. If you think you can give Eric a good home, Contact Theresa on. Located in Inverell, NSW.

~~ Ly-Zant Tinja Gold ~~15yo 14.1hh GeldingRegistered: EA, SHC, ASP, PW, Palomino& APICC has been a much loved member of our team for the last 5 years. During this time he has qualified, competed and placed at Canberra and Sydney Royal each year across his small Hunter Galloway, Part Welsh, Pally and Saddle Pony Classes. At local shows he has been used for young and old rider classes, regularly carrying his riders to a wins in their class.More recently CC has commenced a very competitive campaign in the Dressage and Show Jump Arenas. At both local Dressage competitions he has attended he has bought home a rug and been Champion Pony or highest scoring Pony, even holding his own in open classes placing ahead of some very fancy young warmbloods, with scores between 70% & 75%.CC has shown an aptitude for jumping, he loves it, he is honest and careful, he maintains an even rhythm and feels like he would also make a very competitive child's jumping pony.CC is very sadly offered by his owner/breeder, we would love to find him a rider we can continue to enjoy watching his journey with.Located near Maitland in NSWPrice is negotiable, home is not, this is a much loved family member of his owners and in our stable, he will catch you in the paddock, he has no vices and is easy to clip/shoe/float. Doesn't care about fireworks or anything else at the showsl. Snaffle mouth in all phases.

Been there, done that - honest kids pony

Snowflake is a stunning 11.3hh, 15yo Cremello gelding. This little man has been attending Pony club since he was 3yo. He has always been in a horsey home and is the most compliant, easy to manage pony, both on the ground and under saddle. He is just a pleasure to be around. He would suit Lead line/confident beginner/second pony. He is free moving, and has the best breaks you will ever find on any horse/pony. Just the slightest indication that you want to halt and he halts, give him the go signal and he will stay in that rhythm, in that gait, until told otherwise.Snowflake is a sweet, friendly pony who loves attention and has a genuine willingness to please. He is an allrounder under saddle, safe, responsible, reliable, consistent and well educated. Suitable as a lead line or for a confident beginner looking to step up to their next pony. He has a lovely soft natural way of going and a natural correct head carriage even with the smallest jockey on board. He is always first to the gate and will stand there all day with kids brushing and milling around him to do all those things kids love to do. The kids can do it all with him and all on their own with confidence, catching, saddling and then loading him on the float.Snowflake is a pony that is not bossy in the paddock or matey with other horses. He is happy for the kids to take him away from his paddock mate for a ride and no issue from him at all. The other horses love him so much, they are usually the ones kicking up a stink. Snowflake has always been around stock, motorbikes, dogs and farm machinery and dare we say it, pretty much bombproof. He is the best pony ever to lead off other horses too, he just goes along side any other horse with out any fuss. Never any nonsense at all and just trots up as required. He has been to Pony club rallies, done heaps of trail riding and some stock work around the farm, camps, gymkhanas, Ag shows and most of all he loves to jump. If there is a little kid out there that wants a sup...

Ive owned Lars since 2019. I bought him directly off the track at age 9 (he wasnt racing competitively at this point, but because of his quiet and genuine nature they held onto him to train amateur jockeys). He still has some quirks from his racing days which Ill start with:He is not smart around fences (hes got scars on his back legs to show for it and for this reason lives in paddock boots 24/7).He can still be horse-shy at times. Particularly in the warmup ring. Hell need someone with confidence to ride him out of it when it does arise. The good news is that it is actually easy to do once you build a relationship with him and know the trick. His horse shyness is genuine rather than any dirt on his part. He doesnt buck, bolt or rear.As with all ottbs, hell need his feet done regularly (Ive always had him in shoes) and a joint supplement (Ive always had him on 4cyte). Hes never had issues with either but should be maintained for his longevity. Now thats out of the way, Lars is the most genuine and honest horse Ive ridden. In typical bay gelding fashion he tries his heart out to do whatever you ask of him. He is a lovely type with a beautiful, comfortable rhythm and trusting nature.Lars has competed and placed in countless horse trials (80cm, training 95cm), show jumping (up to 90cm) and dressage (novice) competitions over the years Ive owned him. Hes particularly bold and adjustable on cross country which is his real strength. He still needs some confidence show jumping which he gets from his rider, and he produces a lovely, consistent dressage test. That being said he is not currently in work and is priced as such.Even now when hes not been in consistent work hes been a dream to hop on and go for a trail ride, do some flat work or pop down the cross country course for a jump. Ive ridden him through town regularly past guard dogs, trucks and all sorts of chaos and hes been cool as a cucumber.Lars would suit a confident rider wanting a capable, experienced horse to co...
