Wilga Park SchemerAka Sonny is a 10yo, grey 16.1hh OTTB Gelding!Best of homes only!$9Located Moree, NSWPM for more info | videosEQUIMILLION ELIGIBLETraining preliminary dressage with flashy movement and all round head collection - starting leg yields & flying changes.Competed 80cm Showjumping with previous owners & Training 95cm/1m - ideal point and kick jumper will help you out finding a stride. Not much phases him in terms of fill. However jumping isnt his biggest love and he would suit more of an allrounder/pony club home were he can dip his toes in every discipline.Isnt phased by trucks/cars/dogs/motorbikes/cattle and is a well exposed, well rounded horse ready for his next rider to jump on and go. In saying this he doesnt have lots of miles but he handles everything really well and tackles new situations like a pro.Sonny retired from racing in 2018 (sound) and since has been excellently retrained by his previous owners, I bought him to bring him back into work after he spent 18 months out of work due to owners lack of time due to running a business . He is excellent to float, shoe, wash, worm, ect ect. He has no vices and is very willing and always wants to please and is like a big puppy dog! He doesnt get hot, fresh or horse shy and is a very straight forward ride.He would suit a wide range of disciplines - from show horse, dressage, eventing, showjumping & pony club there really is no limit to what he can do.He would also suit a wide variety of riders from a confident novice under instruction right through to older riders and even highly experienced riders.Sonny is a delight have around, super laid back and easy going temperament - nothing seems to faze him! He is an old soul and would value going to a home who can spend time with him and enjoy his friendly personality.Sonny retired from racing in 2018 (sound) and since has been excellently retrained by his previous owners, I bought him to bring him back into work after he spent 18 months out of w...

BEST PONY EVER - GREAT CHRISTMAS PRESENT!

ID: 4148

$8,000.00

  • Breed:Welsh
  • Gender:Horse
  • Height:12h "
  • Age:10

Winnie is our beautiful Registered 10yr old Welsh A pony. 12hh. He has a fun loving personality and has given my girls years of fun, joy, laughter and safe riding experiences. Unfortunately he is now too small for my youngest daughter and we would love to see him give other children the same joy, however he will only be sold to an experienced and loving, committed Horsey home.Winnie will go anywhere and is happy to be ridden alone or with other horses. He is a great lead line pony and can be lead from another horse, car, motorbike etc. He has done lots of farm riding, been ridden around stock, some droving and pony club camps. Winnie is a no-stress, cruisy horse and does not rush, so is safe for beginners but would be best suited as a second pony. He is loving and easy to catch, float, trim, wash etc. Kids can jump all over and under him, slide off his hind-quarters, cartwheel off him and whatever else you can think of!! This pony has been an asset to our family as I've known my children were safe when out riding alone - even when they have fallen off, Winnie will stand and wait for them. This is a sad sale but we do not want him to go to waste in the paddock. Genuine enquiries only. More pics and videos upon request. Call Renae
